It is Poison Ivy, a plant that I am very familiar with. Recent studies at Harvard have shown that increased levels of carbon dioxide make Poison Ivy grow faster, and increase the potency of urushiol, the chemical that causes the allergic reaction.

Increased carbon dioxide levels are causing other animal changes. Another study indicates that increased carbon dioxide is killing some species of clams, and is causing lobsters to grow faster and larger.
