No Broken Bones

Anonymous:

With the Thanksgiving holiday just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to do an experiment with a turkey. I have read that Ben Franklin used live turkeys in several of his electrical experiments, I won't go that far. Instead, I thought we would revive an old but "classic" experiment.

Making Tracks

Anonymous:

Summer is the time when many people go to the woods, either for camping, hiking, bird watching or other activities. Often these trips are to state or national parks, where you are not allowed to collect any rocks, plants, etc. Even so, you don't have to come home empty handed. If you go prepared, you can bring home a variety of animal tracks.
