What is the difference between the hunting tactics of brown pelicans and white pelicans?
Very good! Brown pelicans are pretty much solitary hunters, hovering and diving to catch fish.
White pelicans hunt in groups, herding fish into shallow water, and chasing them towards each other.
Pelican Differences
Brown pelicans are more loners, while white pelicans search out food in a flock.
